iOS User Guidance

Important steps for iOS users before starting training on the ADA training portal.

To ensure the best experience and avoid technical issues while completing your training on the ADA training portal using an iPhone or iPad device, please follow these steps:

1. Use Safari, not Chrome:

 - Safari is the recommended browser for iOS devices and works better with CBT-based Modules on our LMS.

2. Disable "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking":

 - Go to Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security.

 - Turn OFF "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking".

 - This allows proper communication between the training content and the LMS.

3. Clear browser cache and cookies:

 - This helps avoid issues from older sessions that might interfere with content loading.

4. Ensure pop-ups are allowed:

 - If the module opens in a new window, make sure Safari is not blocking pop-ups.

5. Keep your iOS updated:

 - Ensure your iPhone or iPad is running the latest iOS version for maximum compatibility.

6. Don't multitask during training:

 - Avoid minimizing Safari or switching apps while a module is in progress to prevent session loss.
